At 3 Elements, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the conditions for requesting a return, replacement, cancellation or refund.
Important: Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Any damaged, defective, missing or incorrectly supplied product should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
1. Return Period
Eligible products may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
A return request submitted after this period may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
A product may be eligible for return when:
- The return request is submitted within the return period.
- The product is unused, unwashed and undamaged.
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- All accessories, labels, manuals, tags and complimentary items are included.
- The original invoice or proof of purchase is available.
- The product received is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Products
- Products that have been used, installed, altered, washed or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories or invoice.
- Made-to-order, personalised or customised products.
- Products purchased during final clearance or marked as non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, installation or maintenance.
- Products returned after the stated return period.
A non-returnable product may still be reviewed if it arrived damaged, defective or different from the product ordered.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the outer and inner packaging.
- An unboxing video, where available.
- A photograph of the shipping label and invoice.

- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Pack the product securely with its original packaging and accessories.
Please do not send a product back without receiving return approval.
6. Return Shipping Charges
If the product was damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrectly supplied, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us after verification.
For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect selection, return courier charges may be deducted from the refund.
7. Product Inspection
Returned products are inspected after reaching our facility.
We may reject a return if the product is used, altered, incomplete or damaged after delivery.
8. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and approved, the refund will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Prepaid-order refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Cash-on-delivery refunds may be issued through bank transfer.
- Shipping or handling charges may be non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
- Coupon discounts and promotional benefits may be adjusted while calculating the refund.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
9. Replacement
Replacement is subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit or refund.
10. Order Cancellation
A cancellation request may be submitted before the order is processed or dispatched.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
11. Refused or Undelivered Orders
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or repeated refusal, actual shipping expenses may be deducted from the refundable amount.
